About me
Courage. Clarity.
Life on your own terms.
I am a mentor to women who feel that the path they’ve been following no longer fits — that something has been quietly out of alignment for some time.
They find themselves facing important decisions, often ones they have been postponing, and want to approach them with greater clarity and confidence — consciously setting a new direction for both their professional and personal lives.
Through our work, they gain clarity in their decisions and a renewed sense of agency over their lives. They begin to choose themselves — and to live on their own terms.
For nearly 20 years, I held senior roles in an international environment within one of the world’s leading global organizations. I led corporate and product communications, built brands and reputations for both organizations and leaders, and navigated complex crisis situations. I was also a member of executive teams in Poland and across Central and Southern Europe.
This experience taught me courage, strategic thinking, and responsibility for decisions made under pressure. Working closely with people and leading teams, I witnessed firsthand the cost of not having a clear position in critical professional moments.
Throughout my career, I have mentored both within internal development programs and cross-mentoring initiatives in collaboration with other organizations.
Over the years, I worked with many remarkable women — often at pivotal moments such as promotions, role transitions, returning from maternity leave, or making important career decisions — supporting them in their growth, strengthening their position, and helping them find their voice and step into a stronger sense of ownership.
Alongside my professional path, I was going through a deeply personal journey of change. It was not an easy one — at times, it was painful.
Over time, I grew into the decision to step out of roles and relationships that no longer served me and were no longer aligned with what I truly needed.
I chose to leave a long-standing corporate career, recognizing that a place which once brought me fulfillment and joy was no longer mine. At the same time, I stepped away from a long-term, difficult marriage.
I began to listen to myself more closely — to my needs, and to honor my boundaries. The decisions I made required courage and determination. They meant closing significant chapters and stepping into a new stage of life — both professionally and personally.
When you stop betraying yourself, your life begins to make sense.

Today, I bring both my professional and life experience into my work with women — supporting them in making decisions that require courage, and in having the conversations they can no longer postpone.
The kind of decisions and conversations that allow them to stop adapting at their own expense — and begin living on their own terms.
My way of working combines strategic thinking and business experience with intuition and deep attentiveness.
I create a safe space for conversation, while not shying away from difficult questions. I use mentoring tools that help bring clarity to goals and thoughts, define what truly matters, explore different perspectives, and prepare for action.
I see beyond what is immediately visible — recognizing patterns, inconsistencies, and the moments when a woman stops acting in alignment with herself, especially in professional situations that require courage, clarity, and decisive action.
I work within the mentoring approach developed by David Clutterbuck, based on partnership and shared responsibility. The client defines her own decisions and direction, while I support and accompany her throughout the process.
I am a certified mentor of the Mentoring Academy, trained in the David Clutterbuck approach and accredited in line with the standards set by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
In my personal life, I am a mum of two wonderful daughters.
I find balance in closeness, tenderness, and love — in conversations with friends, in books, and in the quiet of baroque churches.
I breathe more fully when I am close to water — by the ocean, the sea, or a river.
I often joke that I would happily live in the 18th century, as aesthetics and beauty matter deeply to me.
And in everyday life, I am accompanied by Danny 🐶 — my loyal & royal walking companion and a source of many joyful moments.
Over the years — both professionally and personally — I’ve learned a few things that have become truly fundamental to me. And I want to share them with you.
A few things I know for sure today:
1
Don’t ignore your intuition — it’s truly your most reliable guide.
2
Listen to your body and pay attention to what it tells you. It knows the truth instantly.
3
Compromise is not a real solution. It may ease things temporarily, but in the long run, you will find yourself back where you started — only more frustrated.
4
Don’t give your energy away too easily — your capacity is limited, and not everyone is meant to receive it.
5
Don’t abandon yourself — for anything, or in the name of anything. It never ends well.
6
If you want real change in your life, you cannot avoid deep inner work — there is no way around it. Reading “wise” books or listening to “wise” podcasts is not enough. In fact, it rarely changes much.
7
Stand out. Be who you truly want to be. Follow your own path — and don’t look sideways too often. Yes, I know what you’re thinking — easier said than done.
8
Be gentle with yourself. Truly.
9
The path to living life on your own terms is neither simple nor short. At times, it is painful — I know this firsthand. But it leads to a life lived in deeper alignment with yourself.

And finally: you’ve got this. Take action.
