What is
She Stands Out

She Stands Out is a one-to-one mentoring process for women who feel they can no longer postpone important conversations or decisions — because the way they have been operating is no longer serving them — and who are ready to consciously redefine the direction of their professional and personal lives.

Perhaps you have been responsible, capable, and “holding it all together” for years.
You deliver. You decide. You support others.

And yet, more and more often, you feel that:

This process is not about a sudden revolution.

It is about bringing clarity to your situation and regaining the courage to make decisions with greater confidence — even when they come with discomfort or require a shift in the roles you have held so far.

My mentoring sessions with Monika took place at a very specific moment in my life — a time of redefining my professional path, which brought to light roles and areas that had become unsatisfying and required me to move beyond my existing patterns.
Each session was exceptionally well-prepared and highly personalized, tailored to my current needs and challenges. Every meeting offered a substantial dose of insight into myself — helping me interpret my reactions and shift my thinking in ways that had never felt so clear or conscious before.

The questions Monika asked created space for deep reflection. They allowed me to recognize my own mental patterns — the ones that had been limiting the scope of my actions without me even realizing it.
Monika’s way of working — her analysis and reasoning — made me aware of how strongly my own thinking patterns had been shaping (and often limiting) how I perceived my potential, my attitudes, and my ability to express my perspective. At the same time, they helped me understand the role of internal conflict in how I communicate my point of view.
One of the most powerful breakthroughs came from the “Wheel of Life” exercise, which helped me clearly define my values and priorities — both personal and professional.
What I value most is Monika’s genuine commitment to my transformation process — supporting me in building self-awareness and drawing meaningful conclusions for the future. One of the outcomes was overcoming limiting beliefs, in line with the idea that “insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”
I also deeply appreciate Monika’s relational approach. She creates a warm, trusting atmosphere, combined with an open, direct, and highly professional communication style. This unique combination brings both clarity and powerful motivation to reflect and change.
I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who values clarity, depth, and is ready to take action — here and now. Thank you for everything.

Who is this process for

For women who:

What the process involves

This is a process in which you first pause and look at your situation with greater distance — without pressure to make immediate decisions and without judgment.
Then, we focus on what truly influences your decisions and the way you operate.

Clarifying your priorities

You define what truly matters to you — both professionally and personally.
You name what is non-negotiable and what you are willing to accept.

Understanding your reactions in challenging moments

You begin to recognize the patterns that are activated in situations of pressure, conflict, or evaluation.
You start to see when you act from fear, the need to prove yourself, or excessive responsibility — and how this shapes your decisions.

Preparing to make decisions

You learn to make decisions in alignment with yourself — and to follow through on them consistently, exploring different scenarios, even when they shift the dynamics of your professional and personal relationships.

Conflict and boundaries

You begin to have the conversations you have been postponing.
You set boundaries without withdrawing and without aggression.

Energy and self-responsibility

We look at whether the way you live and work is depleting your energy.
Whether you are operating from a place of full capacity — or have been running on reserve for a long time.

Throughout the process, your insights gradually translate into changes in how you act.
You begin to make decisions with greater clarity and confidence — both in professional situations and in your relationships.

What changes as a result of our work

Not because you suddenly become more confident.
But because you understand what is truly yours — and have the courage to act in alignment with it.

I had the opportunity to work with Monika as my mentor.
She is highly engaged and exceptionally perceptive in identifying the needs of her mentees.
She knows how to provide direction, guide focus, highlight what to work on, and help uncover one’s strengths.
Based on my own experience, I wholeheartedly recommend working with Monika to anyone who is committed to conscious personal growth.

Approach and Foundation of the Program

She Stands Out is grounded in my many years of experience in international corporate environments, as well as my mentoring work with women facing important professional decisions. An essential part of this approach is also my own journey of change, which has taught me the courage to make decisions and redefine my own boundaries.

I work within the mentoring approach developed by David Clutterbuck, based on partnership and responsibility — without ready-made answers, with a strong focus on supporting you in defining your own decisions and direction.

I combine strategic thinking and business experience with a deep attentiveness to the context of your situation — helping you translate reflection into clear decisions and meaningful action.

We must be willing to let go of the life we planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us.

How We Work

She Stands Out is a one-to-one mentoring program tailored to your individual needs.

Sessions take place online, last 90 minutes, and we typically meet every two weeks — giving you space for reflection and meaningful action between sessions. In-person sessions are also possible.

Between sessions, we stay in touch — you can reach out to me (via WhatsApp or text) whenever an important situation, decision, or moment arises that calls for pause and conversation.

I combine years of business experience and strategic thinking with a deep attentiveness to what may not be immediately visible — in your reactions, choices, and patterns of behavior.

This is a space grounded in trust, honest conversation, and real work on what truly matters to you.

We speak honestly. We keep things clear and actionable.

I am there alongside you as you bring clarity to your decisions and implement changes that ultimately lead you toward a life lived on your own terms.

I’m pleased to recommend Monika Chmielewska as a mentor. I had the opportunity to work with Monika at Sanofi, where I was fortunate to have her as my mentor during a key period of my career development. Monika demonstrates exceptional skills in working with individuals; her empathy, emotional intelligence, and dedication to fostering others’ growth greatly enhance the mentoring process. Furthermore, her strong business acumen and comprehensive understanding of corporate operations provide valuable context for mentees, making her guidance particularly insightful and effective.
